The coffee in the lobby was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also very central, making it easy to get around and see the sites. Plus, the rooms were spacious and clean.

The noise level was pretty high, making it hard to sleep at night. Also, the shower was a bit small and cramped, and the water pressure was weak. the hotel was just average and didn't really stand out from other options in the area.

My partner and I went on a romantic escape to this hotel and the two things we liked the most were the comfortable bed and the location. the bed provided us with the perfect amount of support and the pillows were fluffy and soft - just what we needed to get a good night's sleep. the location was also a plus since it was in a quiet area but still close enough to the city center for us to enjoy a night out. we enjoyed the outdoor activities available, such as hiking and biking, which were easily accessible.

the staff was not very welcoming or friendly, which made us feel uncomfortable at times.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with local information yet not intrusive. Good choice at breakfast and free coffee and biscuits set up for the afternoon, great when arriving back from the slopes! Couldn't fault the bedrooms. Great stay and we would return.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and the personal touch provided by the owners and staff made our stay exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The location of this hotel, nestled on a hill next to a forest in the Kitz area, was perfect for our ski vacation. We were able to easily access both the Wilder Kaiser and Kitzbuehel ski resorts, which were just a short drive away. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that was served each morning - it was the perfect start to our day on the slopes.

It was lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Nothing was wrong with the hotel; however it was a little bit too far to skiing area in Kirchberg.

We loved the hotel facilities including the relaxation room, sauna, and recreation room with ping pong and foosball. The views from this hotel were breathtaking, with a beautiful setting next to a forest and on a hill. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were outstanding with personal attention to our needs.

Outstanding and very reach breakfast, the staff were exceptionally helpful and ready to assist, clean rooms, good hotel/spa facilities, great location and affordable price. Together with hotel would recommend to try Italian restaurant in St. Johann, you wouldn't regret.

Very friendly staff, willing to accommodate your needs. Very good breakfast. Great to have a swimming pool and sauna which they were happy to switch on in summer. Free internet connection in the mail hall. I highly recommend this hotel, it's in a quiet location but easy to get to other towns in the area.

Located on a hill surrounded by a forest with stunning views of the Kitz area, this hotel offers a tranquil ambiance. the rooms come with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the breakfast spread includes a wide variety of choices, including fresh bread and juices. the hotel provides free cross-country skis and sledges, and a playroom for kids for entertainment. Guests are also given welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival.

The sauna closing at 8 pm was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is very gentle.

To stay in this hotel you should have a car or you have to use a taxi for most of your transportation specially if you are there for skiiing

The basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start my day off right.
